Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

By adding Ray D.O (“the bot”) to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot.

The service

Ray D.O is a free hobby project that plays genre radio stations in Discord voice channels. It is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and it may change or shut down at any time without notice.

Your responsibilities

• Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the bot.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the bot.
• Do not submit suggestions that are unlawful, hateful or spam.
• Server owners and admins are responsible for how the bot is used in their server.

Music and content

The bot plays music that belongs to its respective artists, labels and rights holders. Ray D.O does not claim ownership of any music it plays, and nothing here grants you any rights to that music. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, please contact us (see below) and we will respond promptly.

Removal and blocking

We may remove the bot from, or stop serving, any server or user at any time, for any reason, including misuse.

No warranty and limited liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot is provided without warranties of any kind, and its operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bot.

Privacy

How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows when they were last revised.
